Mr. Stoner's lack of interest/effort in my case cost me my case. I hired him to be my voice at trial, but he did absolutely no work toward my defense. If your case ends up in the media, he's your man. If not, you are out of luck and left with years of appeals. My case was the result of law enforcement and prosecutorial misconduct. Mr. Stoner would not risk retaliation from the DA by pointing out this fact. The DA told him he would not accept a Not Guilty plea and that there would be no trial. Mr Stoner pretended to fight this in order to take my $10,000, then showed up at trial after nearly two years with absolutely nothing. He has skill, but absolutely no ethics.

Mr. Stoner is an experienced attorney with astonishing dedication to his clients and a heart of gold. He helped me and my wife through the entire process of filing for a Green Card, even outside of working hours during emergencies and difficult moments (and we've had plenty, both related and unrelated to our applications), with great tact and understanding. Mr. Stoner and his staff has been extremely professional and helpful; without their help, I don't think things would've gone well. After a year and a half of process, today I've been approved for a Green Card, and it definitely wouldn't have been possible without Mr. Stoner and his staff.

Allen Stoner and his staff have been a huge help during our time with them. My mother who has been here in America since 1996 on a travel visa has finally after only 5 months received her green card! And I can’t thank Mr. Stoner and his staff enough for this. Mr. Stoner has done an amazing job with explaining the process and making us feel at ease with the whole thing and it being an easy stress free process. My mother being afraid to travel for the 27 years she’s been here due to her immigration status. And for that she has not have been able to see her daughter due to it for almost 12 years since she lives overseas it just brings us so much joy that he has helped us remove that fear by helping us make her a green card holder.
