My 2024 vehicle kept breaking down because of transmission problems. I was frustrated after the 4th time and reached out to Allen Stewart PC. I submitted the service records and was contacted a few days later to discuss options. Andrew took care of my claim against the vehicle manufacturer and helped secure a cash sum amount I was satisfied with. I can’t recommend them enough. I’m hopeful I don’t have to, but if I ever need an attorney again for a new vehicle breaking down constantly, I will chose Andrew and his team at Allen Stewart to help.

We had a warranty issue that the dealer simply refused to repair. The dealership's Manager actually stated that he would not throw money into a car, new or used, to chase down the issue/s. I contacted Allen Stewart's firm and dealt with Andrew. He gave me the firms terms and my wife and I agreed to go forward and let them (the firm) have their way with GMC/Buick. The figures we were originally given were, as we were told, on the best case scenario. However, Andrew more than doubled what he originally said our case was worth. I hope to never need to go through this process ever again but if I do I know who I'll call. I'd like to add that Andrew has a great demeanor and personality and is a straight shooter. I had a car that had been in and out of the shop for several months at a time over a year and a half and Hyundai couldn't seem to get it fixed. So I reached out to these guys to see what my options were.
