Worked with Mr. Harvey to go through probate for my father's estate. It's now been two months with zero communication. I've sent emails with no response and called also with no response. Edit- Finally got a response. But still feels like they dropped the ball. Not sure why there was no movement for 2 months when I just need to sign and file something.

Scheduled me for an appointment with Attorney Jacob at 4 then blew me off and wouldn’t answer calls. Don’t Recommend!!!

I tried to call 3 times - it only gives the option of using the directory. I am unable to reach a human or leave a message. Who do I direct my call to, and the extension number please.

Do not trust Dawn Wellman. My husband was able to meet her price. She was my attorney but she transferred my house back to him for $1.00. I have the quick claim deed from the attorney I had to hire to try to recover from the malpractice and I lost more than I got. She is a horrible person.

I hired David Chandler with this firm for my restraining order case. This lawyer never communicated after our first consultation with him. I sent emails, texts and calls to him and he never responded back to me. My case was coming up in 3 days and I tried over and over again to contact him. He really went to the full extent of abandoning/ignoring me on this case. I would never have thought that a lawyer firm would do something like this to a client. I really feel like this is a violation of attorneys' ethical obligations, and will register a complaint with the bar association. Also, I will file a complaint with the state lawyer discipline agency. I am highly disappointed with this firm, and have the new lawyer evaluate this matter.

Dawn Wellman should retire. Every piece of advice she has given me was terrible. She told an appraiser I was a hot head, im very passionate about my kids, so. I would never suggest anyone to be represented by her.

Contested Custody Dispute - Passed around, drained, and left in the hole. After 2 years, over $40,000 in billing (always paid by me on time or early), and literally zero results it was time to move on. I started out with Philip Sheward, within weeks he left the firm as a partner. I chose to say and be represented by Dawn. As a person she is outstanding, I felt cared for. However after paying this firm over $40,000 for countless filings, only 1 of which was proactive (meaning not driven by myself); I experienced zero results. Details didn't matter, every phone call included me providing an update and reminding where we were in the case. For every filing there was an objection by OC, with no further action. When Dawn was out on medical leave my case was passed to Silvia Miller. Only 24 hours prior to Dawns return Silvia represented me in a conference call. I had communicated with Dawn that same morning. She provided me what to expect, what our stance would be. Within 3 minutes Silvia had folded like a lawn chair in a hurricane. Even though she had billed me >$1000 for meeting prep, she showed no command the following day how the conference call came about. Needless to say, I knew it was time to move on. Link Dooley is this firms best asset. His attention to detail, and organizational sills are the only thing keeping the firms jalopy together. If Silvia is representing you, good luck. She does not listen to her clients. Run!

Dawn handled my divorce case. She a fierce to be reckoned with. She handled my case with utmost respect, dignity, and professionalism. I would recommend her and her team for all your needs. She is highly respected in the court system. She explains everything to you every step of the way. There are no surprises and is ready for battle when you walk into the court room.
