Rude. Didn’t even give me the time of day. Just said they don’t do the case I called about.

I see excellent reviews for the warehouse. The woman at the booth received the same treatment; when I asked if anyone spoke Spanish, her response was arrogant. A word of advice for the woman working the weekend shift at the booth: you're the one who accepted the job, and you know you'll be communicating with people from all over the world. You should be friendlier when answering calls. The customer service is terrible. Find someone else to be a good receptionist.
