Everyone at this law office was amazing to talk to except for whoever Ben is. He did not help me at all, was rude and demanded answers from me that I didn't have. I'm a single mom with 3 kids, 2 were diagnosed with autism. My ex husband abused us and we were just looking for genuine help. I didn't expect to be verbally abused by an attorney who practices family law and claims to "protect and advocate" for moms and children. Super disappointed and will be taking this complaint to whoever handed out Ben's license to practice law. It needs to be removed.

When I was searching for legal representation and contacting various offices, my experience with Allison’s office stood out. I would not recommend this attorney to any POC. So much for quid pro quo because this lady blew my case so far into the ground, even Stevie Wonder could see she was not good. Abby Broyles told me I should have turned Allison in to the Board for such poor representation. My case was handled so poorly, I suffered more from the lack of justice from the system and bias than I endured during a custody case. I would not recommend Allison Hart to anyone unless you like paying for an attorney to jump off your case 3-4 days before your court date. Or her sending her husband to your court date on behalf of her while she’s gone on vacay just for her husband to mispronounce your child’s name numerous of times in court. Unprofessional, biased and unethical at its finest. Gratefulness? Entitled? More so targeted, but point proven coming from someone who judged me right off the back and scared for how I was going to show up to court “dressed”! Bias much. Great attorneys would know the names of their clients or at least the proper enunciations. Also, changing counsel’s at the last minute after paying for one is very convenient for everybody’s sake and it’s giving “be grateful I even did what I did”. The start of it all went straight down the rabbit hole and yes 2-4 yrs later it’s only gotten worse. The judicial system stays failing people especially POC, not surprised one bit, but because I felt “entitled” that’s a reason for the “system” to make a certain decision, smh? Still would NOT recommend you to anyone more importantly any people of color being the first red flag, lack of communication the 2nd, following empathy and professionalism, and I say that very loosely!!! And for the record, bringing up free time and effort that was put in when I offered to pay and being told to not worry about it is very crass.

I have known and worked with Allison off and on for 20 years. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and cares about each individual she works with. I have recommended her to family and friends.

This attorney I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Be careful she starts off all sweet , explaining case and then takes your money .All she did was make my son case/ situation worse. Talk and basically scared him to take off a protection order . Yes there was a conflict of your performance and mis- representation . That’s why we had you withdrawal / fired from case .

I wouldn’t let this lawyer represent my dog. She lost my son’s daughter. We hired her to put a protective order on the step dad for touching her in private parts. She scared my son into dropping p.o. And made it look like we made it all up. Then she sent a text she pasted together and sent it to the other sides lawyer. My son hasn’t seen his hid for five years. We are starting law suit on her now.
