Very poor experience with Daniel Judd. He is all about taking your money and not doing his job. Very poor communication and did not represent me well at all. Cost me alot of money and I didn't get a good representation. I highly do not recommend him at all

I have worked with Daniel Judd quite a few times for a variety of family situations, and he has always been an immense help. He has also been nothing but friendly and understanding to my family while we struggled. When my Dad was terminally ill, Judd managed to squeeze us in within the week to help draft a will for him, and he has once again been assisting us with the aftermath of my Dad’s passing. Where to begin... I entrusted attorney Daniel Judd with my case after my daughter was taken across state lines from Nevada to California without my knowledge or permission. My sole goal was to bring my daughter back to Nevada, but instead, I received appalling advice that has irreparably damaged my relationship with her and drastically altered her life. I specifically asked Daniel to file kidnapping charges and secure my daughter's return, but he failed to do so. When I raised this again before our trial, he threatened to quit the day before, putting my entire case in jeopardy. I also expressed concerns about my daughter's schooling, to which he assured me changes could be made later—another lie. Ultimately, he pushed me to accept a deal that has left me devastated. Now, I am forced to pay child support and have lost custody of my daughter to her mother. I see my child just 8 days a month, far from the 50/50 custody and return to Nevada that I was fighting for. Months later, when I asked him to correct this injustice, he not only refused but accused me of being a horrible person simply for wanting to be with my daughter. Despite this, I am still seeking change and will continue to fight for what is right for my daughter and me. I urge anyone reading this to avoid Daniel Judd at all costs. He has shown a complete lack of integrity and care, and I hope my experience serves as a serious warning to others.
