The process is long and arduous so get someone you can trust to represent you. I am not Allison's only client but she makes me feel like it. She is very knowledgeable and easy to contact by phone, email or text. Everything she has told me has turned out to be 100% accurate. I can not overstate how helpful Allison has been. Edit: to be clear, there was no issue with her not being able to represent us. The issue was her comment, so we did not continue with her. Being dismissive like that tells me she doesn't care about us. We felt she wasn't the right person. I contacted her about disability for my wife, we had some issues when applying. She called back and did a great job explaining the laws and criteria, but one thing that didn't sit right was when explaining to her my wife's issues, she said something along the lines of "getting tired doesn't mean you're disabled" when I talked about her fatigue and pain issues. She's medically disabled, restricted from work, has medical restrictions for multi stories residents, and has full handicap tags for the cars. I'm not sure what else she expected, but her dismissal of us on the initial and only phone conversation was just too much. I would not recommend her

I had had an excellent professional experience with Allison Tyler. She is diligent and works very hard for you. She also is compassionate and truly wants the best for her clients. Allison was a true blessing in my life. I was struck with a rare neurological disease called CIDP, which left me unable to work. Allison worked above and beyond to help me receive my SSDI. I cannot stress enough how diligently she worked on my case. She returned phone calls and emails promptly and even was ahead of things when issues arose. She treated me as a person. She not your typical lawyer; she actually has a heart! BTW: She had gathered enough medical evidence for my claim that I didn’t have to go personally before an administrative law judge.
