I hired an attorney who is now a judge. He completely left me hanging and let my case fall between the cracks. He charged a $5,000.00 retainer and did almost nothing to earn even a small portion of that. He notified me close to my final hearing that he was elected judge and didn't have time for my case. He left me hanging for around a year! Not only did he not refund any of my money, but had the nerve to say I owed him an additional amount. I constantly had to call and try to get updates on my case and he billed me for them! Allison stepped in, worked her butt off for me and made me feel like she was personally invested in my case. She was straight forward, to the point and kept me on course if I started to react in a way that would hurt my case or not be productive. I would use her again in a heartbeat! She's a sweet person an excellent attorney! Did she call back everytime? No. I think she did that to avoid charging me for additional time for things she might not be able to answer at the time and wanted me to get the most for my retainer. I would recommend her completely!

I hired Allison for a custody matter. Do not recommend her to anyone dealing with family issues. Scheduled several appointments to talk with her and she cancelled each one of my appointments She will take your money and not work on your case or put in the time to talk to you. A good lawyer will make time to speak with they clients. All I got to say she IS NOT the attorney to hire.

I have known and worked with Allison for almost 2 years. She helped me get my name changed back to my birth name and even has helped me with speeding violations. In my opinion she is the best family law attorney in the central Arkansas area. She truly cares about the kids involved in her cases and goes the extra mile to help families with divorce related child issues to Handling matters with social services. As a DCFS worker I have seen her help countless families get their children back. I 100% recommend her in any legal matter.
