If you want to be treated like a disgusting bug on the bottom of someone’s shoe, have no compassion or communication, it’s my way or the highway yelling when you try to ask clarifying questions because you don’t understand their decision or what is going on choose these people. I did get a settlement but I essentially got no say and when I asked questions I got a tantrum. I see reviews about empathy and I literally can’t believe it at all.

Allwin E.Horn represented me in A workman’s comp lawsuit. He was with me every step of the way was always available to return Emails or text messages. When it finally came time for settlement he wasted no time and got the results I needed. A lot of corporations don’t value employees enough these days and when you’re seriously injured on the job you go from being a “valued “ associate to a burden in about 30 seconds. They will try every sneaky trick in the book they think they can get away with. Mr Horn was always one step ahead of them. Highly recommend for any litigation issues you may have regarding Personal Injury or workman’s compensation.

I wouldn't recommend Alwin Horn to represent my dog. He tried to get me to settle for a little bit of nothing and I have had 3 different surgeries on my arm in a year. He told me 2 different times that he would file notice of appearance for me and never did but as soon as he spoke with the opposite sides attorney he wanted me to withdraw my case for disability. He is not a man of his word and I wouldn't dare use his crooked butt for my attorney

Alwin is not only the best lawyer, he is a magnificent human being. If you are looking for some that is really passionate about you and your position, he is your guy. I have bad anxiety over anything and especially the situation I had been going through with a multi billion dollar corporation. He dives right in with both feet and doesn’t back down from anyone. I was not mobile from the many back surgeries I had. Mr. Horne was more than willing to come to me to get every detail so I didn’t have to be in pain to come to him. He will not comfort you with a lie or false hope, he will tell you his opinion and believe me when I say, he is always right about anything that comes out of his mouth. I used him twice with the same company. He is not going rolling over like many Layers these days. He was my lawyer and there is better person on the plant to represent you.
