He may not be your everyday average lawyer but he does not settle like the everyday average ones do! If you select Mr Almagno you won't be disappointed. I have used his several times already and when other lawyers out there told me to settle on what I thought was a good offer, this guy said "no way, hold my beer and watch this" and he crushed the other side and my settlements were double if not tripled. All you need to do with him is sit back and let him do his thing. You won't be disappointed!
Lawrence took my case when other lawyers told me I didn’t even have one and turned it into an absolute win. He built a plan specific to my situation and followed through with it step by step producing actual results. Lawrence helped me with my case back in 2014, he was unbelievable, and he represented me so professionally. I was really worried about my case, but Lawrence worked hard for me and got my cases dismissed, can’t thank Lawerence enough, he’s the best.
Met with attorney weeks prior to requesting an update as well as being given my disk back containing the evidence or a copy of it given back to me if not the original I called as well as sent emails requesting an update I had to call as no one responded to my messages the attorney answered the phone I recognized his voice he was telling me that he was not there despite speaking to me on the phone he hung up on me so I called back and let him know that I he is fired if he even took my case that is and if not I want my property back immediately so I can pursue in a responsive attorney
Joe, you contacted our office regarding a matter. We set up an appointment for you to come in, we met spent time with you took notes and then went and obtained a copy of the surveillance video you claimed would show what you told us in said meeting. Nothing on the surveillance video came close to the story you told us. We ask all clients tell us the truth as we are their lawyers and we are bound to confidentiality. Once we reviewed the video we returned it to the address you provided along with a letter informing you we could no longer represent you. You then contacted us after the letter was sent demanding we send you the video. We then burned another cd, and sent it to you. Yes I did hang up the phone on you because you were being belligerent to staff, and I refuse to let anyone degrade my staff. I then took the call and you continued, so I ended the call, you were no longer a client and I do not need to subject myself to listening to your ramblings and wild accusations. That being said I wish nothing but the best for you, sincerely. May you find peace in your life.
