They were very dismissive when I called them for a consultation. I mean, I pay a monthly deductible with Metlife for legal help and when it got there, I selected a lawyer who dealt with the issues I have, gave them a call, and they behaved like calling them was a sin. They asked me how I got their number and finally told me to find help elsewhere. Before I could even get a consultation, they wanted me to summarize my issues in 1 sentence which isnt possible. That is what a consultation is for and i couldnt even get one. There wont be a next time. Lesson learnt this time.

I have use different attorneys for different reasons and none measure up to Alman & Alman LLC. They communicate with you and keep you informed . They are highly recommended.

I called and asked questions about the living trust and will, get the impression that the attorney I talked to was annoyed or impatient with the questions that I have(maybe too busy for my small case). Have the question for the form that he wants me to fill out, again, when asking to clarify the questions, did not get professional responds on it. Sent the form back per his request, but never heard anything back since. So I decide to use other attorney who can handle my questions and case in a more processional manners. Updates: I got an immediate call from the attorney explaining the reason of delayed responds, very thankful for his taking my review very seriously. For this reason, I upgrade the review to three stars, but I am not sure if I want to work with them again. It is just my personal experience and feeling and there might be discrepancy due to the possible miscommunication.

I, unfortunately, need a lawyer in a different state but I was very impressed with their online reviews. Everyone seemed to have great things to say about their experience so I decided to give it a go. I filled out an online inquiry around 7pm expecting to receive a phone call in the morning, however about 5 minutes later I received a phone call asking what my situation was and how they could be of help. Overall highly impressed.

Mr. Alman was able to turn my case around within days and continued compiling , researching , directing , and contacting the persons who needed to be contacted , brought up to speed , and most importantly " brought to attention " that our case was anything but a " run of the mill , let's go through the motions " type of legal action. While handling all the above ,I learned to trust his voice of experience as he predicted the next round of decisions and options for all parties involved. I could go on , but the point is that before I described my case to Mr. Alman I was trying to fight for custody of my son , but was only equipped with legal complications , professional malaise and emotional trauma. The day after I agreed for him to be my new attorney , letters were sent and an action plan was initiated that carried us to at least two major turning points that allowed my visitation rights to be court ordered. Bottom line : have confidence that Mr. Alman will do everything in his power to do the right thing in order to make the right stuff happen.... and I have a great relationship with my son to prove it.
