Hired for construction/contract case. Do NOT recommend. They failed to do their due diligence. Did NOT put any pressure or time frame on the builder to respond. Accepted a wire transfer sheet as proof of expenses. Never reviewed or questioned the draw schedule. I had to meet in person because they did not know what the case was about. Three lawyers. All said different things. Lied on billing. I am filing a formal complaint as well regarding the billing practices. I have PROOF of their talked communications. We ended up taking matters in our own hands. Was in the process of trying to have then honor the review and adjustment of the invoices as told by Mr Morgan because we sub with a new lawyer we found and they fired us. Did NOT adjust any invoices and took it out of the retainer. Watch for my formal complaints and grievances. Paid for services we never received. OVER A YEAR AND A HALF and no movement on the case. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They simply do not care about your situation only the amount of money they'll make, if you are looking for justice or someone that will call you at 4:30pm and then rush you off the phone because it's now 4:59pm time to go home so took 0 responsibility or time to prospect or look at my situation. Poor execution on their part, Daisy very unprofessional very confused, does not know how to properly let a client speak and only digs for easy big payouts. Don't go here to get a ticket in line and wait.
