I reached out to Alperstein and Diener to handle my divorce. My understanding is that the family law portion is relatively new, but let me tell you what, it was excellent. I worked with Matt and he was always communicative and diligent. I truly did not have to do anything except give him the information he requested and set my expectations. I would like to back up and mention that I was with a different law firm prior to contact Alperstein & Diener. I can tell you that you WILL NOT get the same level of attention regardless of where you go. So not only did Matt take good care of me, but he was stepping into a fairly ugly situation. The previous law firm was happy to take my money and not provide quality service, and they also aggravated the situation. A divorce is certainly not fun, but with Matt's assistance I was able to come out the other side completely unaffected in my daily life. Yes, hiring counsel is one of the more costly things you can run into. However, I also was provided a service that was representative of that expense, and it was worth it. There is a LOT to be said for that. A note to Alperstein & Diener, you made a great choice acquiring the right people to represent your firm, please ensure you do what you need to in order to retain them. If I ever require representation again, Alperstein & Diener will be my first call, without hesitation.
