I feel obligated to share my experience so that none else will experience this. Communication is not a problem it is the lack of knowledge and confusion that needs to be worked on. I went through over 12 paralegals not one ever knew my case or in my opinion cared to do research to help me, i cant tell you how many times i had to explain myself on the same situation to numerous individuals.
