Experience generally good. Easy renewal process online. However, I received no contact from my agent. Very antiseptic relationship. Call me old school, but it is not how I do business.
ALPS has very good customer service. Eric Gorman is a very good, responsive and helpful consultant. I was disappointed in the increase in my premium for the year, but it was sustainable. I would recommend ALPS for malpractice insurance protection.

I have used ALPS Insurance for my legal malpractice insurance going on 5 years. During that time, I have worked with Tanya Matoon. I would not hesitate to recommend ALPS or Tanya Matoon if you need insurance. Every time I've called, needed assistance, or a question answered, Tanya has responded promptly and professionally. I've never had any issues working with ALPS. Their rates are very reasonable and the service is the best.
