Ms. Alverson is thorough and very driven. Her assistants are amazing and communicate well in layman's terms so we could send them what they requested. I can't say enough good. Can't go wrong with this group. I give 10 stars out of 5!!! ❤️

I can not say enough about How Matt handled my case. When you are really hurt at work and have to deal with the injuries and the workers comp situations it is nice to know your lawyer is working on your behalf. Matt made it possible for me to continue my healing journey and reduce the stress, I highly recommend Matt.

After getting injured at work, I reached out to several law firms about taking on my workers’ compensation case. I didn’t receive any promising responses until a friend highly recommended Alverson + O'Brien. After contacting their office, I met with Erika in person to discuss my case further. I was originally offered a very small amount to close my case just five days after my injury. Thanks to Erika, Maren, and Erin, I ultimately received a settlement more than 3,500% higher than that first offer. Their hard work and dedication completely changed the outcome for me. Alverson and O'Brien and Erin, gave me the best service that I could possibly ask for. They worked with the other parties to ensure that I got the best possible treatment. Medically and financially if you should encounter yourself in a situation where you need representation for your work related injuries, I highly recommend them. They worked with me even when I was not the easiest to work with and help me throughout many of the processes that I was not knowledgeable with or ready to handle on my own. April 11, 2025 I first heard of the Attorneys, ALVERSON + O’BRIEN and their legal office, from a very good friend of mine and a fellow employee. He had earlier sustained an on-the-job injury and had to retain the legal services of Attorney Matt O’Brien and his trusted Paralegal Assistant, Maren Markus, to successfully settle and finalize his Workman’s Comp Claim, with an outstanding result. He had high praises for Attorney O’Brien and Maren and highly recommended their legal office. In early 2023, I sustained an on-the-job injury. I never thought, nor did it occur to me, that I would need the services of an Attorney. However, after my treatment and rehabilitation process began, I sensed undue pressure from my employer and their insurance company. I discussed this with my good friend that had been injured earlier and he too, stated that he had received a similar experience, until he retained the legal services of an Attorney. He once again recommended the law offices of ALVERSON + O’BRIEN. I made a consultation appointment with Attorney Matt O’Brien and his Paralegal Assistant, Maren Markus, and from the get-go, I felt at right at home and comfortable with the team. They discussed my case with me and offered several different scenarios and possible solutions. Matt and Maren were wonderful to work with.
