STAY AWAY! Attorney Lorman was unprepared for the in person hearing on November 6, 2024. There are five separate clauses in their contract that were directly breached by the attorney. Despite the documented negligence, this firm has refused to return the $10,000 retainer paid in October 2024. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this firm and all affiliates.

I haven't worked with this specific firm, but I worked with Patrick Lorman many years ago and he made me feel cared about, resolved my issue, responded quickly to questions, and was affordable.

UPDATE: Bill claims that I did not accept the economic realities of this case; however, in working with a new lawyer, I was able to obtain a settlement more than double what Bill said was possible, while paying less in lawyers fees (and having a much better experience). It seems as though Bill was either dishonest or ignorant to the realities of my case. I terminated the services of Bill and his team in 2024 after a horrible experience working with him. I strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to work with someone else. I had a completely different (and positive) experience with a different local lawyer.

Working with Patrick Lorman was a great experience. I had some complications with my business formation that I needed advice on. Patrick advised me on the best course of action, and the risks associated with each option. He went above and beyond to ensure that my business was set up properly for a very reasonable price too. P Lorman took my case we paid 3000. retainer after we sat and discussed the case. With in a few days we rec a bill for 477. which was a bill for a phone call and time spent discussing the case with me and my husband. At that point We Requested to close my case. He in return closed my case and charged an additional 800. What a rip off.

I contacted this firm as I had questions about whether I should file bankruptcy. Attorney Amann discussed my options with me in a clear, concise manner. Should I decide to file, this will be my go -to.

A couple years ago a neighbor asked us to allow an easement across the edge of our property to install a sewer line. They installed it entirely in the street and did not touch our property. We had the easement closed and the neighbor sued in Land court. His claim that the easement allowed him to widen the road as well as the sewer line was fully refuted by us and our other neighbors. With Josh's guidance, we completely defeated the suit in Land Court and secured a settlement.
