I've never rented anything from these people they keep sending papers from some attorney ( which I believe is fake) asked them to stop yet they sent another leave me alone!!!

Rent 2 Own uses this dude. Sent me 2 letters no number to contact and some generic email on the letter. FDCPA Rent 2 Own violated numerous times with myself and the reviews I've read. Yet they accept my payments still but then want to use this attorney and threaten legal action???? So keep paying and the sales person says my account is good, then get harassed everyday reminding me of upcoming payments and then the people in charge at Rent 2 Own have no clue what's going on with their employees. Also providing fake names to a customer and harassing them I'm pretty certain violates the FDCPA law in Ohio amongst other laws made to protect the consumer. Avoid and don't do business with them

Rent a center sold me something and i paid for 80% of it and they refused to bring the rest of my set i purchased …. I told them go ahead and take me to court they will not get one more penny from me till they bring my bed!!! Lololo quite funny all the calls from them they should sell and be honest that hard as they work to stiff a customer!!! Get a life!! I aint got time for you girly!
