I needed representation fast and they were able to accommodate that. The medical care needed post accident was great and provided needed pain relief. Communication was hit or miss but most often responses were given within 48-72 hours.
Not sure why this law firm is so highly rated. Updates are nonexistent. I have never once received an update from them it has always been me contacting them. They are also extremely slow at processing your case and there is no personal aspect in handling your case and no resemblance of customer support. After my case is concluded I will never use Amaro again or recommend them to anyone.
Overall theyre very transparent and helpful, however I wish they would update more often. Other than that it’s a great law firm so far.
