Hello Mr. Beebe,<br><br>We are very surprised to see that you are disappointed with our services. <br><br>Although we are unfortunately unable to fully discuss the details of your case due to the attorney-client privilege, based on our conversations with you and your reactions through the pendency of your case, we did not receive any indication that you were displeased with our services at any time. <br><br>After further review of your file, I see that our team kept in constant communication with you from the date we signed your case for investigation purposes in late June until we released your file without interest in mid-July.<br><br>Both our in-house investigators as well as our case managers conducted a thorough review of the facts and circumstances unique to your file and withdrew our services only after the promised investigation had been completed to our heightened standards and determining that we could not move forward. And, as fully explained by a senior member of our Pre-Litigation department, we conducted our investigation without charge and in support of your initial request that we do so. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the results of our extensive investigation.<br><br>However, we are happy to discuss your concerns in more detail and welcome any suggestions you have. Madeline (Case Manager) is Awesome! After being shot while driving, my insurance company was giving me a hard time, didn't want to pay PIP. Therefore, I called the Amaro Law Firm and was told I should not have to deal with the insurance company, let them handle it. In less than a month and half, my insurance company had issued and mailed payment for PIP. Thanks to Madeline for taking over and dealing with the situation payment arrived before Christmas!!!
