I've never been successful with actually speaking with an attorney or anything. The woman that has answered everytime I call with a British or Australian accent is a hot mess. First time I called she put me in for an appointment, but I never got anything other that her saying it was scheduled. Appointment comes, I waiting a couple minutes past and called. She apologized while munching on her lunch in my ear. Scheduled me for an appointment with a Christel (which apparently is her name, but she acted as if it was someone else.) she said was booked already, but she would handle it. Go figure! I get called from the same crazy woman the next day saying they are overbooked and have to reschedule with someone else name Greg. When I called back trying to confirm she kept telling me she is allowing me to skip a step of the process and not do an intake. This will cause it to go faster. It was also canceled. I feel bad for the attornies, but at the end of the day, your office hired this basket case of an employee. She is lacking professionalism, organization and just common sense. If you can get past her, hopefully you will get a better result. However, she is a HUGE RED FLAG in my book.

I decided to contact Amber Boyd Law Firm because of the great ratings but was horribly disappointed. She has cancelled my appointments multiple times. I was waiting in the Zoom for her and she never showed. I called her office and was told that she was on a call with someone else. The paralegal claimed they didn't know I had an appointment even though I was sent the e-mail and calendar invite. They didn't seem to care about my time or my case. My dealings with them have been very poor and I do not recommend.

Helping a friend who is going through unemployment due to a mental health crisis and Amber came highly recommended. However, she NO CALL/NO SHOWED for their initial meeting. Completely unacceptable. I get life happens, if that was the case then have someone at the office call your clients to inform them and reschedule. No call/no show is rude and unprofessional. We will be seeking counsel elsewhere.

I just called Amber’s law office I was referred to her by another client and I immediately hung up after a few words the receptionist/paralegal whoever she is was very rude I’ll take my business elsewhere I couldn’t even get out what I need to say she was rushing me as soon as I was trying to get out what I was inquiring a lawyer for

Dismissive takes months then upon appointments shes in a delayed call over my time slot putting off another appointment, pushing me out of time limits to get justice for 4th time and never got any invite for the last appointment. Tried to give this person a real chance and all I got was wrong time blown off confusion excuses (cloaked humiliation) even all the patience to the moon and she failed me. I fear my life is now on the line and I don't recomend anyone be failed by justice or translators of it in this way. Being retraimatized over and over again causes harm. Incredibly disappointed and disgusted to comply and be blown off when this affects so many beings on mother earth. I wish she had upstood for the oaths to do the right thing. Not even a call back no justice injustice served.
