No one wants to deal with an accident but even more, no one wants to deal with a hit & run by a college student with road rage in a college town. I'm a repeat client of this firm, my first case was handled very professionally and efficiently. This time around not so much. It's hard to get in contact with anyone at the firm, if you're lucky and someone answers other than the very little English speaking 3rd party answering service, they'll take a message and tell you Attonery Hall will reach out to you before the day is over well it's been 23 calls 17 messages (yes, I keep a count) and still no phone call, I received a text message stating Attonery Hall will reach out to me it's been weeks at this point I'm not only concern about my case but about Attorney Hall as well. Not sure If I need to file a missing person report or what. My case is still on going and due to the lack of communication I request to settle as soon as possible. I pray I'm never involved in another car accident but if I am I would not pick this law firm to represent me.
