They are not interested in cases with clear violations unless the cases involve people from politically hot demographics or are worth a lot of money because the violations are egregious beyond measure. My case had clear cut violations according to law but the ACLU is not interested for reasons they did not list in the impersonal intake reply email. In this age, the average American means nothing to virtually every organization.

As a former Marine who took an oath to protect our Constitution, I am so grateful for the work that the ACLU is doing.

It would be nice if I could get ahold of the person I'm trying to contact. I'm not with the psychic friends network, I can't just guess your department.

The ACLU has become mainly a political party, not as bad as Sothern Poverty Law, but still they have forgotten that the constitution is for every American. And no where in the constitution does it say our rights are based on not hurting someone's feelings. They are God given rights, you are born with them, which has nothing to do with social justice issues no matter where we stand on them.

They just don’t answer the phone or communicate well

Sadly we don't have civil rights anymore, it's weird to me that you don't go to federal court but take employment cases
