I had three privilege to have Dana Cooper help me with my disability case. She was very patient with me even when I got very frustrated with the whole process. I would 100% recommend American Disability and Dana to anyone who would file for disability.

After getting diagnosed with cancer I reached out to ADA for assistance. I was later contacted by Nija who was my case manager, she helped me step by step all the way to the end. Thank you ADA & Nija for going above and beyond.I highly recommend this firm..

I really enjoyed the personal contact and follow-ups! They didn't treat me like just another number but as an actual human being. They made the process of understanding the confusion of the American disability system so much clearer. Would highly recommend if you're thinking about reaching out to them for help to do so.

Response from owner

Thank you so much!

Very disappointed. My attorney was not prepared for my hearing with the judge, therefore I LOST. He had a YEAR & he had convinced me that he had reviewed my case & he’s got it handled. I had a bad feeling. I only spoke with him 4 or 5 times in a year. I was not assigned or knew who my attorney was for 9 or ten months after I hired them. The first couple of times it was to get an update & I warned him each time my case is a lot. Robert who filed my appeal (not my attorney) was amazing, so I assumed it would go well. He & the staff also told me a few days before the hearing he would prep me, instead he said we would prep an hour before the hearing, that would be good enough & said he never told me that a few days before. He didn't send the judge scans & Findings/Impressions & many other forms of evidence & didn’t collect medical from ALL of my doctors. Now because they don’t handle Appeals Council Cases, I had to get another attorney & the process can take years to go through the Appeal Council. I didn’t know what I could say to defend myself to the judge when he said certain a things, because I was told not to interrupt, to only speak when spoken to by the judge or they get mad. Point is he didn’t care at all. He was incompetent. Make when you hire someone, stay on top of them, make sure they requested all medical info & get email or fax conformation on everything. In my case I could have done better myself. He’s probably looking at Lawsuit.

Well I have been disabled most of my life. I was receiving disability benefits prior to me calling to them the only problem with that was it was under my mother's name. So when I got of age and I applied they kept denying me do time my condition has gotten worse. I stop working in 2019 I reapplied for benefits in 2020 I've been fighting it and just got denied again with that being said I contact American Disability Association for help and as the man is taking my information over the phone to send to an attorney to contact me he tells me we will not be taking your case basically I don't qualify. I asked him why. He begin to tell me that they do not take cases before 2021 so if you was not working since 2019 or disabled since 2019 they are not willing to assist with your case in any way. So don't get your hopes up high. Cuz I sure did no different from Eric Shore Orr Community Legal Services but one thing I can say Community Legal Services did fight with me for about 3 years. Good luck to those who are out there struggling and disabled and cannot support their selves financially

They are the best attorneys I've ever dealt with. They took care of everything and got my SSDI approved. The judge apologized it took so long. Stop searching and start calling this firm now! They will not disappoint Tonny Connors and Brittany and Adam are truly a solid team. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was assigned a new Case worker at the beginning of my process. I was so overwhelmed. I needed someone who would answer all my question. I was assigned Dana Cooper she was truly God sent. Her paients with me was nothing less than angelic. I have brain injury and needed someone that cared about how she treats a human. She always responded to me in a timely manner. She explained everything to me in a way that I could easily understand. Her customer service was above excellent. I wish everyone I speak with was as excellent as Dana. She has what seem to be a natural gift. Dana was a big part of reducing my stress level making my experience with ADA smoother. Thank you ADA and Dana Cooper I was approved!!!!!!!!!!

Staff are rude flamboyant in their answers and disrespectful. They are not thoughtful or thorough in their work or ethics. I suggest you seek legal counsel elsewhere.
