American Eagle Attorney Service, Inc.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a frustrating experience I had with American Eagle Attorney Services. I completed several jobs for them, but now they refuse to pay me, claiming they didn’t receive the original affidavits. They’re also saying their client hasn’t paid them, which doesn’t affect my work. I wouldn’t recommend using this company; they seem untrustworthy.

I had a terrible experience with American Eagle Attorney Services. I was contacted in May 2024 to serve papers across Florida for an agreed fee. We completed all jobs as instructed, but now they claim they didn't receive the original affidavits in the mail. I can guarantee we sent them 100%. They also mentioned that their client hasn’t paid them, which is not my concern. I did my job, and they refuse to pay for the work completed. This company takes advantage of servers and operates unprofessionally. I would not recommend working with them; they are untrustworthy and a sham. LSS LLC Collin and team

I am not a fan of bad reviews, but this case takes the expecption. I concur with Michelle, the Attorney from the Bay area. This is a very poorly run business. My company had completed a serve for them at a discounted rate in January. It is the end of March and we are still not paid. I paid my server out of my operating expense and I'm waiting for reimbursement. I've emailed and called and again, concur with Michelle, they don't know how to run a business and they are quite rude. I would never recommend their services to anyone and I would tell any server willing to work for them to not bother. Very poorly run.

I am attorney in the Bay area. The worst Attorney service I have ever worked with. The owner Didi Naples does not know how to run a proper business, or how to treat people with respect. This business is one of the worst places I've ever had my paperwork served in California.

Very nice and helpful service, I am so glad I found them. A lot of places have closed because of covid 19 but this attorney service is open. I want to thank them very much AAAAAAA+++++++ TOP RATED SERVICE.
