Gloria is a god send. She has been communicative, informative, and helpful throughout my entire ordeal! I was rearended on 95 by a DelDOT truck and ordinarily, I would do self rehab. However, I sustained a new and permanent injury from this incident that’s going to affect my work capacity. Gloria met with me after hours to accommodate my office hours, and has communicated with me through every step. At one point, the insurance company was going to close my claim because they hadn’t received bills for part of my treatment, and she called to clarify that I was still treating, and facilitated keeping the claim open. I wouldn’t have even known there was an issue otherwise. 10/10, I tell everyone about Marc and Gloria 🙂‍↔️

I’m very disappointed with my experience. My dad and I felt that the compensation for our pain and suffering was far less than expected, and communication was inconsistent. We often had to follow up for updates. Overall, we did not feel prioritized or supported, and I would not recommend this firm.
