I wake up grateful everyday. My lawyers here for my sex trafficking case moved mountains for me when others said it was too late or I wasn't really trafficked. Life changing outcome!

As a businessman who has had to deal with legal issues throughout the years, I can wholeheartedly recommend this firm. Don Swift is a bulldog who knows the law like no one else and working with Bentley and Brad has been a pleasure as well. Hands down the best law firm in the Atlanta metro.

I am writing this review to show my gratitude for the work Jim Joedecke, Justin Edge, and their law firm- Anderson, Tate & Carr dedicated to my case for the past year and a half. They were dedicated to providing the outmost care and attention to my very needs. Justin never took his eyes off the goal and always kept me well-informed to every move the firm made and every move made by the opposing party. Never once did I feel negated or left in the dark. They constantly kept me informed of all proceedings. Jim and Justin fought diligently to win my case, always considering my opinion, wishes, and needs. I am forever grateful and completely satisfied by the work they did. It was a victory for me not just because I won my case, but the victory began when I attained such great people to lead the way. Their teamwork was outstanding. I recommend them both to anyone in need of not just a lawyer, but of great, compassionate, determined, humbled, caring, strong-minded, and extremely intelligent lawyers. Thank you all for a job well done!!!

I have been in the real estate business for 30 years. Anderson Tate & Carr thanks to Marci , paralegal and Sydney, closing attorney. The lady greeting made us all feel at home . They received a closing involving 10 tracts of land and did all research and documents in less time than I have ever seen. Sydney was very professional and very sensitive to my clients. ATC did an exemplary job.

Trinity Hundredmark represented me for my TPO and divorce case. I was charged double even tripled compared other two attorneys represented me later. This firm focuses more on how much they can make from you. I would sincerely recommend running away from this firm.

Pat McDonough handled separate cases for my sons and as far as I’m concerned he saved their lives (and probably mine, in the process). I fired two attorneys and learned that when it comes to criminal cases, you don’t mess around - get the best! Pat worked with us on fees and everything - He is attentive and LISTENS, honest, forthright, and my sons loved him at first meeting - so did I. That is not something you expect with attorneys. We have NOTHING BUT respect & GRATITUDE for his and para, Becca Webb Osborne’s, tireless work, knowledge, and skill. I know my sons still call him and his para from time to time. I trusted them with my sons’ lives and wouldn’t go to anyone else - ever. I am writing this review again & years later - what they did for us - we never forget & can’t ever repay - PRICELESS!

This is an excellent firm and I would not hesitate to trust them for your legal representation!

I had Anderson Tate and Carr deal with a contested conservatorship. Needless to say, I found it difficult to get in touch with the attorney and it became very expensive quickly as each email or correspondence was charged. I would recommend to go elsewhere.

I was represented by Melody Glouton during a contested Conservatorship. Beware of this firm. They nickel and dime you for every email, etc that they have with you. Also, I did not find Melody to be responsive. I was never able to call her and get her on the line.

Didn’t like the way they charged me $300 to write a letter summarizing the services they did for me. I never requested this (why would I?) - the firm partner that I was working with just wanted to keep the remainder of the $5000 retainer I previously paid her.

Have known Brad Carr for many years & he's helped on a number of issues and it's all 5 Star (here you go-- five-star-Carr LOL) In the last year, my wife and I went through some pretty complex "eldercare issues" including dealing with POA's surrounding Alzheimers & dementia requiring some complex guardianship / conservatorship issues, and ultimately estate settlement through probate. Brad sent us to Melody Glouton who has this as her specialty. Nice to have a "full bench" at ATC for all areas of representation. These areas are highly complex and when you are dealing with family members they can be emotional as well. We were at peace with all of it since we were able to lean on Melody. If you are dealing with "Sandwich generation" stuff we strongly recommend connecting with ATC to make sure you have a road map through it all. Much can be avoided if you get in "early in the process". Thanks ATC!
