We refer all of our social security disability cases to Don and Laurel. Federal court appeals, long term and short term disability claims. Don has been in the business for years. We send all of our criminal defense referrals to Laurel. She is a great criminal attorney in St. Pete and the Tampa Bay Area.

Very horrible horrible horrible business. They quoted me on a court date. Waited two days before the court date and decided to charge me over 2000 more. I don’t have it to pay sis they initially told me they couldn’t help. Very unprofessional the person I spoke with four three months was never available. Horrible if you want your freedom go somewhere else they don’t care about your freedom they’re working with them people!
Ms. Jenkins: You contacted us on 8/18 regarding one charge and we quoted you a fee. We were willing to work with you on a payment plan with a specified down payment. You did not get back with us. On 9/6 we spoke again and you indicated you did not have the down payment, and we again did not open a file. On 10/6, a Friday, you indicated you wanted to discuss now *two cases, and an appointment was set for Monday, 10/9. When the appointment was set we indicated the fee would change for representation on two separate cases. You called several hours prior to your appointment, but we took the call. In this conversation we again indicated that for us to handle now multiple cases would result in a higher fee, but that we would still work with you on a payment plan. We understand you were unhappy with this. We recommended you contact other firms to see if you could find a price you were willing to accept, and we gave you the contact information for the Public Defender's services to see if you qualify. We were never retained to represent you on any of your cases, though we spent a great deal of time speaking with you over the phone for free. We feel for your situation and wish you the best.
