I contacted this firm about a serious systemic discrimination and retaliation case with extensive documentation. They declined that portion but had me sign a contract for a wage-only claim. Once I clarified that I was not interested in being grouped into a larger wage case, they were quick to part ways rather than stand behind the client they had already agreed to represent. The experience left me with the impression that the firm is more focused on the financial size of a case than on the client’s best interests. Communication was slow, decisions were unclear, and updates only came after repeated follow-ups. If you are looking for a true advocate who will stand with you in a difficult fight, I recommend looking elsewhere.
I don’t recommend using his office. They took a long time to start the process and after almost 3 months they denied assistance in my case. Now it's too late and the 90-day deadline to sue my former company has passed.
From the moment I contacted Anderson Alexander, LLC concerning my EEOC issue I was treated with respect and dignity. The firm made this a painless process and was responsive to all of my questions. Contacted me directly about a lawsuit pertaining to unpaid wages & overtime from an old employer. I filled out the all the correct documentation to be added onto the lawsuit. They stated since I never contacted them after the lawsuit was settled, they can't disburse payment since I contacted them too late. I figured someone would contact me back directly about collecting my loss wages instead of keeping it. Same as they did about proceeding with the lawsuit.
