Office hours start at 8 a.m. Started calling at this time. Kept getting pushed to answering machine for 40 minutes.

The lawyer that we had seen was awfully pushy to just do the the paperwork. Didn't really care what we had to say, just kept repeating I can do that for x amount of dollars.

Left messages, went to the office and was still ignored.

Am not a client. I did call there asking about a traffic lawyer (young attorney-maybe..) The receptionist/assistant was polite, quick, compliant, & helpful.

John Richeson is an exceptional attorney. He has been our family attorney since I was 12. Sometimes I don't hear back from him as fast as I'd like, but that just speaks to just how in demand and busy he is.
