I am an attorney liaison specializing in Surplus Funds/Excess Proceeds matters. The firm I work with hired Anderson, Fife, Marshall & Johnson as counsel to petition for clients who had been foreclosed on in Utah. I worked mainly with Attorney Morgan Fife, and the level of knowledge, service, diligence, and professionalism that Attorney Fife provided throughout the retrieval process was outstanding. I am looking forward to working with Attorney Fife and his firm again in the near future. I wouldn’t use this firm if my life depended on it. My experience with Jared Anderson was among the worst I’ve had with any attorney, which says a lot. Jared threatened me with legal action for leaving a bad review, so I’ll have to keep it short and sweet: AVOID AT ALL COST!
