We had a unfortunate accident with my Mom while vacationing in Colorado. Since we live in Arizona, we needed a CO attorney. We reached out to Anderson Hermmat and within a few hours we had a zoom call regarding the accident. We had all our ducks in a row with pictures and accident report. We found Jason to be very caring / concern about the situation. We hired Jason to represent Mom after the conversation. They keep us updated along the way and if we had any questions- they had us covered. We just settled the case and Mom if very relived that is over and behind her plus more that grateful with Jason and the Team in getting a reasonable settlement.

For anyone looking for a personal injury lawyer I can assure you Anderson Hemmat LLC are the BEST. Chad Hemmat took the call when I was searching for a lawyer. He was so kind and answered all of my questions. I had a ton! This morning Chad left me a voicemail that the Colorado Supreme Court ruled in my behalf on a Rule 21 Motion (Original Writ). Anyone going through this process knows how rarely the Colorado Supreme Court takes on these motions, only between 10 and 15 per year. According to Google, the overall success rate granting relief is less then 1%. Meaning this- very few lawyers appeal to the Colorado Supreme Court when an unfair ruling occurs. I am so grateful and proud to have Chad Hemmat, Cameron Hunter and Jason Alleman on my side and fighting on my behalf. These amazing men were clearly able to identify an injustice and act decisively. I don't know any other lawyers who would have had the critical thinking, problem solving skills and balls to take this on. Not only did this ruling impact me personally but benefits everyone in the state who encounters the same unjust strategy. This is why Chad Hemmat is my lawyer.

This was my second time working with Anderson Hemmat. This time my husband and I both were involved in a car accident together and obtained legal counsel from them. Unlike last time, we mostly worked with Jason. With my case four years ago, I mostly worked with Cameron. Both are truly exceptional attorneys. Jason was there to explain our options every step of the way. Our case lasted two years, due to the at fault driver dodging being served. Which was a real pain. But Anderson Hemmat hired a private investigator to help locate her to be served. I'm not so sure many other law firms in the area would have went to these lengths. Most would have likely dropped the case at some of the points where Anderson Hemmat just kept digging in deeper to get my husband and I the maximum amount of settlements for our injuries. Jason was also an expert negotiator when he finally got the insurance company to start working with us. Again, we were called every step of the way during the process and were given excellent advice to help make the best decisions. Special thanks also to Kayleigh who really knows her stuff and works so hard on the cases, just as much as the attorneys. She was always such a delight to speak with and so knowable about everything going on with our cases. I highly recommend Jason, Cameron and Kayleigh if you're thinking about using this firm. Jason Alleman is by far the most impressive, knowledgeable, and wonderful human being I have ever known. I've met a LOT of lawyers over the years through my work, and they all met at least some or all parts of the stereotype -- boring, arrogant, even soulless. Jason stands far far FAR apart from the pack. He is happy, caring, concerned, and dedicated. He does what he does because he genuinely wants to help people, and he is SO GOOD at it. I've been so impressed by the wealth of knowledge he has and his skill in the field. I cannot recommend him enough; he is the only person I would ever go to!

I don’t know yet if this firm will be my choice to represent me, but what I can definitely say is that this firm was knowledgeable, responsive and actually interested in learning the details of my case. Head and shoulders above any other “personal injury” firm in the metro, IMO, including in terms of law knowledge and professionalism. Attorney Chad Hemmat took the time to understand my potential case, and was knowledgeable, professional and interested in the details, taking careful note.
