I went to seek help as my current attorneys do not help with civil matters, Anderson Hunter Law Firm never called me back after three messages left. I then was able to reach their Office Manager, Ms. Stahl that said basically "I forward your messages to the attorneys if you have not heard back then there is nothing they can do for you and I have no referrals" This is the first when acquiring attorneys that this has happened.

An ongoing experience...

Spent 20 minutes explaining my situation to the receptionist who then said "idk of we can take this case" I asked why and she said "because we're just busy, but let me connect you with an attorney and they can make that decision". She transferred me back to an attorney who never even bothered to return my phone call. #DISAPPOINTING!

We've had a great experience working with Anderson Hunter over the years. We mainly work with Jordan Stephens, who is professional, thoughtful, and prompt. We run a non-profit and they have helped us with the nuances of running our business.

These guys are clowns I highly advise anyone thinking about using them to use a different firm as these guys dont seem to care about their clients, or anything relevant to my case. Terrible work ethic and they were so unprofessional I dont know where to begin. If your case is important do not use these guys, trust me...

was told at the initial consultation that my case would take 2 months. Almost 5 months later NOTHING was done on my case. He does not respond to messages or calls. Super frustrated and would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I was able to get my SSI approved with the help of this law firm and was told that if I ever needed help with the reviews or any paperwork after that, I can always call and ask. I've lost track on how many times I've called and have not gotten any call back or even an email.

My attorney was Nicole Franklin. I needed her assistance with my long term disability case that was denied prior to hiring her. She won my case. She was professional & always kept me informed as to where my case was. When I would email or call her with any questions she would always get back to me within 24 hours. I would highly recommend her!
