Do not use this law firm. They are ripe with incompetence and apathy. I have never seen a law firm behave quite as careless and unprofessional as this one. And they’re probably gonna call me out for not being a customer. This is a fake account, obviously. Not going to create more animosity than there already is between us by posting a review under my actual name.

Phone calls are seldom returned.They do not keep you posted on your case.I believe they miscalculated on all that was supposed to be paid including me. Never received the $3009 compensation that was agreed on, a nine year endeavor.

My Pre-Paid legal system has done good by me so far.

Embarrassing when you hire a lawyer and they send out a document on your behalf discussing HIPPA laws and it is very clear that the paralegal entrusted to draw up the document isn’t familiar enough with the referenced law to sound intelligent on behalf of their client. With HIPPA very much in the news recently, I’ll fill everyone in on an important tidbit of info not covered in law school apparently. HIPPA protections DO NOT apply to everyone that comes in contact with your info. While “Violations of HIPPA carry substantial penalties” - they only apply to certain medical professionals. If an entity does not meet the definition of a covered entity, it does not have to comply. This includes providers such as: Doctors Clinics Psychologists Dentists Chiropractors Nursing Homes Pharmacies ...but only if they transmit any information in an electronic form in connection with a transaction for which HHS has adopted a standard. or business associate, it does not have to comply with the HIPAA Rules. If you hire this law firm as “parents (that) have decades of experience in Christian education and youth ministry, and are widely loved and respected in their community " 😂 - I encourage you to fact-check their documents before allowing them to speak on your behalf, lest you sound ridiculously foolish. (After you’ve paid for the privilege.)

A disappointing experience filled with broken promises and empty results. I wouldn't recommend this firm to my worst enemy. Lack of expertise and knowledge resulted in a botched case. An absolute nightmare dealing with their unorganized and careless attorneys.

Food was okay. Biscuits didn't seem from scratch, gravy was not good. Sirloin steak was tough, all others was delicious. Very nice waitress!💕

If you go through Legal Shield ask the LegalShield someone else. I was told that I was going to get a callback after my evidence was reviews and never did. So I had to call LegalShield to ask him what was going on LegalShield told me they was going to reach out for them to contact me and never got a call back the second week I end up calling LegalShield again and ask him what was going on. LegalShield was they were going to call me within 8 hours but it took 2 days. And when they finally call and I answer the phone the attorney told me that she was returning my phone call I didn't reply and said well the only reason why I called because y'all was supposed to call me back and y'all never did so I was just trying to see if everything was on the up-and-up. Her response was oh you still got to go to court and I reply back yes she said oh you need legal representation.. my response back was no and I'm sorry I even contacting you all and I hung up. Because I contact a law firm then I need legal representation and if I contact LegalShield that means I need it right away but one thing I'm not going to do I'm not going to beg nobody to take my money

Good morning I had a problem with Terminix this year. I paid my 250.00 yearly fee and found another company.and I called to get my refund they didn't want to give to. Thanks to Legalsheid and Anderson Law Firm writing a letter my my behalf. I got my money back plus and additional 250.00. I'm so Grateful for them.
