I filed for bankruptcy for the first time, and decided to go with David. It was a very wonderful experience. David made everything quick and simple. It was important for me to get things started quick because my license had been suspended due to debt, so the first day I met with him, he got everything started right then and there and I left the office with the filing paperwork so I could immediately get my license back. He understood how important it was and made it happen. Working with David was like working with a friend. He's easy to talk to and will communicate by text message if that's what you prefer, like I do. I had never filed for bankruptcy and he explained everything very well and and unlike other lawyers who I talked to, David was not at all condescending. I felt very comfortable. His price was very reasonable, and was actually less than I was expecting to pay. I'm not going to quote the price because everyone's price could be different depending on the complexity of your case. I'll just say that I was very satisfied with it. He does work with you and breaks it up into installments if you need that. David doesn't have a big office so it's less intimidating. He is the only lawyer in the office so he gets to know you more on a personal level, and you're not just a number to him. The most amazing thing was, I happened to get the flu during my first hearing and I missed it! I was mortified that my case would be thrown out, but David was able to get a new date for two weeks later. No problem. He was right next to me during the hearing which we did at his office via webcam. I told him I was nervous about speaking so he made sure he was right next to me guiding me. In the end it was only yes or no questions so don't worry about that part. You don't have to worry about printing out a bunch of stuff you can simply just text him pictures of your documents or send them by email which made it easier too. So if you're looking for a bankruptcy lawyer and you want to file bankruptcy I say go for it, it was the best decision I ever made! With David helping you, it will be a lot less intimidating than you expect. If you're looking for a sign, this is it do it today!

Awful experience. I had to consistently reach out to David to ask about next steps and what else is needed for my case. He finally got back in touch with me and simply acted as if he had no clue what he was doing. He said umm about about a 100 times and was just confused. I had to ask him what he was confused about and what the problem was. He didn't want to take my case afterwards.
