We worked with this law firm, and the proceedings have concluded; however, no one is attending to or answering our inquiries regarding the process. It has been two months; I have sent emails to three different contacts, yet no one has gotten back to me, and we are unable to get answers to our questions. It is a complete disappointment—once the file is closed, you simply cannot reach anyone.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Every aspect of the business dealings was explained and every question was answered. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who needs help with their financial matters.

We discovered Andrews Law Firm after a google search and chose this practice after reading many positive reviews and after the Free Consultation phone call with Mr. Andrews. Mr. Andrews expertise and professionalism was apparent just after the first phone call. He was extremely patient and helpful towards me and my husband (out of state) and my Mom, who was seeking the financial/bankruptcy information. My mom is elderly and isn't tech savy with e-mails and text messaging anymore so going through this process, at times, was tiresome and frustrating, but Mr. Andrews got us through it with understanding and kindness. On all the calls to my Mother he was patient and encouraging (ie. that she could do it, whether it was the zoom call or filling out paper work on line) all while treating her with dignity and respect. That is what I will remember most about this experience. We are eternally grateful to Mr. Andrews and his staff for their help with my Mom's filing for bankruptcy.
