Updated, 04/03/2025:<br>This is obviously stalking and harassment at this point, reposting this<br>again, due to your anger issues is of concern. I recommend that you seek treatment with a mental health specialist and stop drinking and stop taking out your frustrations with the government and legal system on my office and reputation. <br><br>Darren, I'm sorry that you took offense to my decision to no longer represent you in your Social Security disability matter. But as we discussed at the beginning of representation, there were certain things that you needed to accomplish in a short matter of time. You were unable to get those things accomplished, so I had to make the decision prior to requesting a hearing, whether to proceed on your matter or decline representation at that point. Since you hadn't been able to accomplish those things, I had to simply make a business decision on whether I thought we could be successful. I have found that clients need to be able to get the medical treatment consistently prior to the hearing to have any chance of being successful in front of the ALJ. Also, I did reach out to you first, and that was to advise you I no longer wished to represent you. I received the decision (dated 11/18/2024) on 11/22/2024, and emailed you the next day on 11/23/2024. We wish you the very best going forward.
