Attorney Lindsey reached to me in regards to my case so I emailed my documents. 48 hours later I reached out to him and his response was that “he fully intended to take my case” so I suspended my efforts to find other representation. After that promise Attorney Lindsey reached out, knowing I was on a time crunch and backed out due to his caseload. I imagine he was aware of that caseload when indicating he was taking the case, while knowing my time crunch, and after review of my files. As a single mom of two, willing to pay for his services after a traumatic experience, I definitely question his ethics taking away what little time I had remaining with false intentions.

They took my SSI case. But I feel I did alot more work then my attorney. Especially when I had to inform him of my court date coming up!?! But he sounds confident and when I really have to be proactive to get things done he accomadates.
