We had a horrible experience when we went to Anne Burnett for my parents' estate planning and Medicaid planning needs. Anne farmed off the case to an associate, Adam Wintz, who not only dropped the ball and required prodding, but repeatedly gave inaccurate advice about how to file for Medicaid coverage for my father. The firm's blatantly inaccurate advice cost my family thousands of dollars because my father's Medicaid claim was unnecessarily delayed and we had to pay out of pocket in the meantime. When we confronted the firm with their mistakes, they gaslighted us and tried to blame us for things going wrong. We consulted two other attorneys in Omaha to discuss the situation we wound up in, and both attorneys were appalled by how Carlson Burnett handled the case. I would never recommend this firm.
