Great class with great information. Would like to see the class broken down between condo and HOA boards so you could focus on your needs
Cathy, we appreciate your suggestion and have given it serious consideration. However, because there is such significant overlap, we cannot justify the <br> to offer a separate free class for HOA‘s and condos. Although some law firms and providers are charging for this service, we hope to continue to provide it free of charge which does have certain limitations. Also, we believe that, even if we were to teach an HOA only class, it would not be significantly less time than the current program. In any event, we appreciate the positive review and the thoughtful suggestion.

I do feel that this a great program and I did gain a great deal of knowledge and understanding. I also got some clarity on some things. I would love to see the HOA and the Condo split into separate sessions reducing the time for all taking the certification course. 4 hours is a lot of time to have to sit through and listen to many items that don’t pertain to you and your board.

The best course I have taken in 4 years of being an HOA Director. Lots of useful information, even for the most experienced Directors. Appreciated the interpretation of the latest legislative changes and a preview of what may be coming as a result of the current legislative session.
