As required by my election to my communities board, I attended an Ansbacher online seminar for condo and HOA board directors. As a still practicing attorney in Massachusetts and New York I was very impressed with the content and more importantly how it was presented. The entire staff was very professional and clearly had command of the subject matter presented. Thank you for this service. Barry E ONeill, Esq.
Barry, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad to hear you were impressed with the content and how it was presented. Our staff puts a great deal of time and dedication in our educational courses.
I thought the course was informative & helped in creating more awarness as the nextvyears comes. So, Thank You !!! How do i go about receiving our certificateur of completion ?
Thank you for your review, Beth!
Linda, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are very grateful and hope to see you again soon!
Excellent presentation and great information.
Good professional class, put on a lot of good information out. They’re very adamant about short breaks. It was not a bare minimum class to just get a cert. The entire time they are putting out information about laws, rules, and regulations.
Thank you!
Many thanks to the Ansbacher very professional team that prepared and presented the dec 19, 2024 board certification 4 hour course. My recommendation for future courses is to provide more detail on preparing the annual SIRS and NON SIRS budgets. This requirement is new for 2025 and future budgets, so a standard budget reporting format would be helpful to all condo associations facing this challenge. I also believe too much time was spent on "Records". Further investigation is required into determining if all condo "windows" are a SIRS element requiring reserves. Reserve Advisors, plus a few seminars I recently attended have concluded the statute intent only included "windows" in common areas, such as laundry rooms, etc, not windows in the main structure. My single concern is that the requirements to serve as a board member in a condo association have become far too demanding and will further defer unit owners from volunteering. The Florida Senate and Governor have raised the qualification bar too high, to the point that board members almost require a legal background to serve and meet their fiduarcy duty. I am a retired professional engineer and frequently feel that the rate and complexity of change in legal requirements has reached the point where most well - intended unit owners would feel inadquate, so not volunteer to serve on their board. Thank you, Mr. Moore, for your thoughtful and constructive feedback. We’re grateful you found the course professional and valuable. We also recognize your concerns about the increasing complexity of board service. Our goal is to support and empower dedicated volunteers like yourself by making the legal landscape more accessible. Thank you for your years of leadership and continued service to your community—we truly appreciate your insight and engagement.
Excellent webinar offered today by Ansbacher Law for the HOA/CONDO 4 Hour Board Member Certification. Very professional, very informative, and delivered very well and smoothly. Thank you!

Attorneys done a good job, actually learned a couple of things Thanks for your educating time
Super informative and positive delivery of information.
I thought it was great because they made us aware of existing condo laws/rules and also mentioned new terms that have been proposed. They also covered some simple common-sense items that I probably would have handled incorrectly!
Very professional and detailed explanations for obtaining board certification. Would recommend taking this course.
Thank you, Joyce.
Ansbacher seminars are great! I learned so much as a director on our HOA. They truly know their stuff and explain in laymen terms. I highly recommend them for education of HOA/Condo rules and regulations. They have staff ready to answer legal questions as well. Thank you for a great seminar!
Tami, we are so glad you enjoy our programs and look to see you in upcoming classes.
Thank you for the review
The Ansbacher 2026 Legislative Preview Webinar was excellent. Barry Ansbacher reviewed potential legislation in the new year. The real benefit for me was learning how to locate information relating directly to a bill under consideration by the legislature.
Thank you again, JB! We’re thrilled the webinar stood out for its clarity and structure. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to Hannah and the team.
Ansbacher webinars are always very well prepared and presented. I always come away from them very well informed.

I watched the Webinar on Jan. 13, 2026 for Community Associations. It was an excellent presentation and I learned a great deal. I would recommend taking as many of the webinars offered by Ansbacher Law as possible. You will undoubtedly be surprised at how much information and help you will be given.
