If you’d like a lawyer that will draw out the divorce process, milking every drop of money out of you, while still messing up the filing and costing you more money, THIS IS IT! And one with a lack of communication? Yep, they’re your guys! Do yourself a favor, please steer clear of this lawyer. There’s a reason they have 3.7 stars as a law office. There are plenty of other good lawyers in York that will help you and not take advantage of you.

This is a classic bait-and-switch operation — the kind you’d expect from calling a random 1-800 number off a bathroom stall. I originally hired Andy Brown, and at first things seemed hopeful. I admit I had a setback in court (which I take full responsibility for), but instead of continuing with Brown, they pushed me off onto Justin Heisler. And let me be clear — calling him an “attorney” is a stretch. He started with promises like: •   “You can trust me.” •   “I’ve got your back.” •   “Call me anytime, even if it’s just to talk.” Those were empty words. In reality, he did nothing to help me. Worse, he reversed progress that should never have been undone. He ignores phone calls, doesn’t reply to emails, and when he does respond, it’s so minimal and unhelpful it makes you question how he even got through law school. This firm left me hanging, frustrated, and worse off than when I started. If you value your time, your money, and your case, go somewhere else.

Great attorney who is down to earth and listened carefully to my circumstances closely.

I was severely alienated from my daughter before hiring Andy Brown. Andy is a fierce and highly respected attorney. He not only got me 50/50 custody within a month, we also pushed for more and got primary custody at trial. Very happy with the results Andy delivered. Through the entire process his team has been excellent at communicating quickly and we were well prepared for trial.

Why an attorney would do a will for a client and let them walk out without making a copy of it for their files and having it notarized is beyond me! My mother passed and now we are jumping through hoops for a will that was supposedly completed at their office and it's holding up the probate process.

Hired attorney brown for a high conflict custody case based on his reviews alone. Attorney Brown has done absolutely nothing to aide in the case only draw out something way longer than it should have. Never did trial prep, then rushed my husband to sign an agreement he was opposed to just to get a continuance on our trial date since he never properly prepped my husband for trial. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service from this office. My husband has represented himself againt his high conflict ex for 3 years and always won every time she tried to modify to take time away. Hiring attorney brown was a poor judgment call on my behalf however you live and you learn.

Andy Brown is a wonderful professional with tons of experience. his no-nonsense approach to legal advice is valuable, and he's willing to fight to the end. Win or lose, he's a great attorney. My only regret is not hiring him sooner.

I would like to share my experience with Andy Brown of Anstine and Sparler Law Firm in York , Pa.. Andy was a total bully against me, never on my side. It could have been a very simple and uncomplicated divorce , but he refused to respond to me after multiple attempts to contact him and his staff. But of course I was charged for every last plea to speak with the man who could never give me an answer to one of my questions. One day, I wanted a simple statement that my husband and I could discuss any real estate offers put forward by the realtor, and Andy screamed at me and told me that I should contact my husband’s attorney with that request. Andy has one and only one interest...MONEY. DO NOT USE ANDREW BROWN. HE IS INEFFECTIVE AND TRIES TO DEMORALIZE THE CLIENT. Could not stand him another second, fired him and had my divorce finalized by another very competent attorney in less than three weeks. Ginger Phelan
