This law firm refuse to take this case because she was living outside of Indianapolis. When a adult can make false statements online against a five year old. You want that attorney to help the person making false claims against their child. Of course a parent will be upset. When you don't want to hear what the case is about in the first place. Especially when the bar associates is referred to you in Indianapolis because online defamation cases is more complex than a normal defamation cases.

Tony and his team of lawyers are amazing and they take care of their clients. I was surprised by how much they care and they work really hard to get the very best outcome for their clients. I was in a car accident hit from the back clearly the other person's fault, but yet their insurance company keep making me bend over backwards do this and do that just to lowball me. And I feel like he should not have let that happen.

(I think you are just telling lies or are confused) In the process you kinda make yourself look stupid because albeit I am not seeking a divorce, but the first thing that popped up in my SEARCH for a divorce in Indiana was this: Indiana Divorce $139 - Complete paperwork in 30 mins‎. You could have not only saved yourself some time but also $7,711 (and bought you a NEW computer and FAX machine)!! I know who ever your EX-husband is, he is glad to get rid of you-doesn't seem like you are too up on reality.

...unless you are rich, and don't let him know if you are. I hired him to do a simple divorce and paid him a $1500 retainer that was gone in less than a month. Plus he billed another $1100 the next month. Withink 3 months the additional bill climbed another $5,000 plus, with nothing being accomplished!! He charged me to make calls, answer calls, listen to voice mails, $50 to send a fax plus another amount to write it...which I'm sure his secretary does. He even charged me $200 for picking up a file I could have gone and picked up myself. He accomplished nothing..and I had to hire a second attorney to finish the divorce...and then he had the nerve to sue me. I am reporting him to the bar association. BEWARE
