Had a wc claim with them and never got a call back after being denied my claim. I called multiple times a day and the secretary always said he was out and would return my call. 7 months later I still haven't received a call, letter, not even an email. It's very upsetting to me because I went to them for help. Instead of them telling me they couldn't help me and let me find someone who could, they just forgot about me and never did anything for my case.
