Alex and his team have exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From responding in a timely manner, to taking the initiative every time there were any updates. Even during times where there were no updates to provide, he still made certain to let me know he was working diligently to get the process proceeding as much as he could. I was referred to Alex through a family friend and I will be sure to recommend him to anyone I know in the future if need be. They helped me out when dealing with the insurance company which is something I probably would’ve had difficulty doing on my own. They got me the best pay out for my total loss vehicle and all my medical expenses were 100% covered. My accident was a very traumatic experience and heavy burden to my life but Alex and his team made sure to take care of everything from start to finish. They are located off Wilshire blvd and Serrano ave, and don’t stress on parking because they have a parking structure literally across the street and they validate your parking so you don’t have to worry about any parking fees while your car is secured.
