Unprofessional and Misleading - Our Family’s Life Put on Hold As the husband of the O1 visa applicant, I’m writing to express our deep disappointment with this immigration lawyer. From the beginning, he assured us that my wife had more than enough qualifications to secure the visa. Trusting his judgment, we paid his high fees and waited over a year and a half with very little communication or updates. We eventually had to pay for premium processing to speed things up—despite the fact that this visa process usually takes about two months. Even after all that time, USCIS requested more documents, which should have been properly submitted from the start. After months of waiting, our application was denied, with USCIS stating that we didn’t meet any of the requirements and that the submission was poorly handled. This lawyer gave us false hopes, leading us to believe everything was under control while our entire life, and the lives of our children, were put on hold for almost two years. His poor handling of the case and lack of professionalism were incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend his services to anyone in need of reliable immigration assistance.

After all that, USCIS requested more documents, which should have been properly submitted in the first place. After a couple more months of waiting, my visa application was denied, with USCIS stating that we did not meet any of the requirements and that the files were improperly submitted. This lawyer not only gave us false hopes but also kept my life—and the lives of my children—on hold for all this time. I trusted his supposed expertise, but it’s clear that my case was completely mismanaged. I would strongly advise against hiring him for any immigration matters.
