Ian Morse is a great guy I called asking for help and he was genuine and spent an hour with me on the free consultation. He was not just trying to get me to take out my checkbook like a lot of other lawyers in the area. He did not even take me as a client but still spent plenty of time providing me with great information. He even told me I could use his name if I was interviewed by police

Before speaking to Ian I spoke with many other attorneys in the area regarding my case. However, most of the attorneys often said “we can see what we can do about it”. In my mind I was like “seriously”. Then I came across Ian. I can’t express how thankful I am. I sent an email out around 1 or 2 am. I than received a call from Ian around 8am or so I explained my cases to him. Once I was done Ian already had a plan on how we can go about my case. Right there and than I knew I needed to hire his ASAP. Honestly no regrets. Ian took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I can tell you mentally and physically I went through a lot during this time, but am thankful Ian was there to take all of the stress. He worked hard and never gave up. Mr. Ian Morse is the most compassionate attorney I have ever worked with. He is concise, effective, gets down to it and is extremely supportive on a human level. Unheard of in an attorney. When he says "don't worry", you don't have to worry:) Highly recommend!

Arguing with mentally unstable person is not a good decision. Hire the lawyer is a good decision. This guy collected all necessary information and convinced the DA to do not even file the charges. Walk into his office with felony charges but in the end didn’t even have to go to court.
