i came in and got my answers for what i’ve been through and thanks to Aaron Aiken for helping me out with my cases!

Only got a star because i had too! To make It short my settlement was 18K only got 3K from them! How they got more then me out of my settlement of 18k i got only 3K and they got 6k! All the neg reviews are true!

Absolute nightmare – avoid this firm at all costs! Terrible communication, endless delays, and ripped off on settlement Do NOT hire Aqrawi & Associates. My car accident was on June 13, 2025 l sustained one wrist injury the other party claimed full responsibility what should’ve been a clean cut case this firm turned it into a total disaster. Communication was a joke. It was okay at first, but after a staff member named Jenifer left, it went to hell. No updates for months, calls and emails ignored constantly – I was completely in the dark, stressing out on top of dealing with recovery and losse of wages. Unprofessional and uncaring. The case dragged on forever – more than half a year – and when it finally closed recently, the “settlement” was an insult. After their huge fees, medical liens, they even had me take THREE MRIS which I think was very unnecessary and every deduction imaginable, I walked away with less than a quarter of the total amount. Barely anything for all the suffering and hassle. Felt completely ripped off. I deeply regret choosing them. Waste of time and trust. Save yourself the headache – go with literally any other personal injury firm in Houston. These guys do NOT have your back. My passenger has not received any information or updates for her settlement and it’s been weeks since I’ve settled.
