I had a great experience using ARAG Legal Insurance. The process of finding an attorney through their network was simple and quick, and it saved me a lot of money compared to other services I looked into. I worked with Thomas Watson, who was professional, responsive, and made everything easy to understand. Thanks to the outcome of my specific case, my car insurance will not increase, which is a huge relief for my budget as a single mom on a teacher's salary. Don’t waste your money on ARAG legal insurance. The attorneys they provide are junior or not specialists in the areas for which you need legal advice. The first attorney option they found for me was not even willing to take my case. I then found an attorney on my own and submitted a special request, only to have them completely ignore my request and never follow through. The attorney even tried to reach out to them directly to work with me and no one ever responded to him. I spent hours on the phone trying to get someone to review our request, and it was never resolved. Complete waste of my time and money.

I have enjoyed the benefit of having ARAG Legal Insurance and an attorney helped save me over $5,000 that I would have paid without the insurance, so less than $100 a year to save me that much was a great save!

The absolute worst

It nice to know if have attorneys available for legal questions i have.

The first time we used the service it was great for wills, trust and business LLC. This time there was no response to our request and then a month later we are asked to do a review.

Great and easy service

ARAG was a huge help.. We had a contractor refusing to return our deposit even though it was within the legal contract limit. After a letter to their management done within 24 hours of opening the claim, we received an email stating they would refund our deposit in full!

Actually this is a 4.5. The service saves one money, a lot of money. The web site/ portal is a little clunky, but once you find your attorney for your particular need, it is a breeze.
