I needed a criminal attorney in Austin Texas that would handle a legal matter in a specific way for me so as to get my Austin, Travis County misdemeanor charge dismissed before I was arrested on the charge and was needing to post bond. Joseph contacted the DA and arranged for a dismissal of my charge before I was ever arrested or had to go to court. Before I found Joseph I interviewed a handful of high priced, high rated criminal lawyers in Austin, including a referral from another super lawyer in Dallas County that has handled matters for me. These other Austin lawyers I talked to seemed inflexible and wanted me to go through the entire legal process of turning myself in for the warrant, bonding out, and going to court. A bunch of time and unnecessary bullshit that I knew could be avoided with the right legal approach and the right lawyer to pull it off. Joseph was the 5 Star Austin attorney that I was looking for and he cost me a third of what the other attorneys in Austin were charging. I am so grateful and appreciative I randomly stumbled across a review from another previous legal client that indicated Joseph was the legal representation that I needed. Very good experience with Joseph Aragon. I live out of town and was pleased to know Joseph was able to dismiss my case without having to drive back to Austin for court. The nice Judge in court #5 requested items that I was allowed to email over to Mr Aragon. He then kept his word and provided me the dismissal paperwork right away. Highly recommended!

After hiring him I absolutely had to leave my own. I went to Aragon Law Firm for help getting an Occupational License here in Austin. Now if you've ever been to the DPS you know how frustrating and discouraging it can be. For 2 years I had been struggling to get any answers, information, or help on my own from the State of Texas. It took one phone call with Joseph for me to get the ball moving again. He was informative, friendly, and gave me every case scenario before even talking about price or quotes. I've done business with a few attorneys and it made me feel very comfortable that Joe was willing to talk strategy before business. I was able to successfully gather all my documentation with his guidance in a couple of days.
